Each phase runs to completion before the wait starts — a phase whose own feature is currently disabled on its own page still takes its turn (as a no-op) and still waits the full gap, so the cycle length stays predictable. While this rotation is enabled, each feature's own Auto Sync interval setting is ignored (not cleared) — turning the rotation off below restores it immediately.
