Pending ID Mappings

How this works: Candidate matches are found automatically via natural key columns (e.g. meeting date + course + country) or entered manually below. You must confirm each one before it is used in backfill. Confirming writes the mapping to the ID lookup table so the next backfill run can resolve the NULL FK.
